The final judges of the Coin Universe apply Multi-Agent AI

Season 2 of The Moneyverse (Vũ trụ Đồng tiền) officially premiered on VTV3, YouTube, and TV360 in June 2025 (Sundays at 2 p.m. every week). With a record of more than 300 million views and 130 million cross-platform reach, it promises to be the most watchable TV show right now.

Over seven months of competition, The Moneyverse, themed “Digital Galaxy” (Thiên hà số), reached hundreds of thousands of students across all three regions, affirming its role as a nationwide financial education competition where young people compete not only with knowledge but also with strategic thinking, reflexes, and the ability to persuade and debate.

This year’s final features six contestants, representing six universities and academies from three major cities and provinces: Phạm Thị Mai Hương (Vietnam Maritime University), Đào Thị Linh (Hanoi Architectural University), Đậu Xuân Huấn (University of Economics and Finance, Ho Chi Minh City), Hoàng Đức Tôn (Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology), Bùi Linh Chi (Academy of Finance), and Nguyễn Minh Hiếu (Thuongmai University).

The Final was recorded at the Vietnam Space Museum and the National Innovation Center (NIC) to determine the champion of the 2024 season. The winner will receive a prize of 1 billion VND and a prestigious career opportunity at BIDV, along with many scholarships and gifts from partner sponsors, including a Huy Thanh Jewelry gemstone chest, a CPA scholarship worth nearly 9,000 AUD (CPA Australia), and an IELTS scholarship (Alibaba English Center). In addition, InfoRE, a pioneering company in the “Binh Dan Hoc AI” (AI for Everyone) campaign in Vietnam, will award 4,000 AI scholarships worth a total of 8 billion VND to four schools that hold a Responsibility Star (from the quarterfinal round) but have not yet activated it, helping equip Vietnamese students to enter the era of artificial intelligence and smart finance.

Technology: A New Challenge on the Final Night

Behind the dazzling stage of The Moneyverse 2025 was a “technology race” lasting nearly half a year to create a rare moment and a breakthrough in interactive television technology in Vietnam: for the first time, a Multi-Agent AI system developed by ADT Global appears as a judge, an intellectual opponent to the contestants, on the Final night.

If in Season 1 (2024) The Moneyverse pioneered the use of VR in competition, then in Season 2 the technology goes a step further: AI does not merely assist but directly debates the players. To make this possible, the ADT Global and The Moneyverse crew had to build a dedicated financial AI brain for financial education, capable of listening, understanding, analyzing, and rebutting in a real stage environment, where sound, lighting, speed, and emotion change every second. Vietnamese Multi-Agent AI Goes on Air for the First Time

Multi-Agent AI (Autonomous AI Assistants) is a platform that brings together multiple autonomous AI assistants capable of specialization, coordination, and flexible adaptation. Each “agent” takes on its own role, from data collection, analysis, and simulation to making recommendations, all operating within a unified architecture.

According to a representative of the organizing committee, 100% of the work, from building the system and designing the youthful AI Avatar to training the AI to understand Gen Z financial language and operating it, was carried out directly by ADT Global engineers who command the technology. This promises a human-versus-machine showdown that is both engaging and a high-tech educational experience.

Six months perfecting the design and optimizing the real-time feedback system—right on the noisy stage of Multi-Agent AI—was a big challenge for the tech engineers.

From the Lab to the Real Stage: AI Faces Its First Big Test

The biggest challenge for the technology team was the enormous gap between the ideal environment of the lab and reality. Footsteps, audience cheering, and props colliding all interfered with the voice recognition system, and each carried the risk of preventing the AI from interacting accurately with contestants. To address this, the team simulated the stage space and let the AI “practice living” in that environment before filming day. The noise filtering, microphone separation, and sound source identification systems were continuously fine-tuned. A new agent was even created specifically to determine whether a sound was directed at the AI or not.

Beyond supporting education, ADT Global is also applying AI at the National Achievements Exhibition.

Viewers of the show will only see a few minutes of the AI matching wits with contestants. But to produce those few minutes, dozens of engineers ran hundreds of hours of testing. New problems appeared every day: latency, the accuracy of the information the AI exchanged, or the AI Avatar’s expressions not matching how “tough” a question was.

It can be said that two minutes on stage represent six months of effort and a huge investment of intellectual resources. Explaining this effort, Mr. Nguyễn Thế Duy, Founder of ADT, the company that provided technology consulting and implementation for The Moneyverse journey, shared: “Interactive technology and virtual reality are an inevitable trend in the digital economy. Applying and continuously upgrading the competition experience is our effort to help contestants and audiences learn, understand, and apply knowledge about money more easily and enjoyably, erasing the gap between theory and market reality.”

The amount of technology invested heavily in season 2 not only confirms the production capability and innovative mindset of the organizers.
