Proudly accompanying Viettel Group at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024, ADT Global provided a series of 100% made-in-Vietnam technology experiences, contributing to welcoming thousands of international visitors and experts.
As the sole representative of Vietnam at the world’s largest mobile conference, Viettel set important requirements and criteria for its 7th year participating in the event. Without limiting activities to the exhibition area, Viettel focused on building seamless interactive experiences, applying pioneering technology to showcase products and solutions from the user’s perspective. Faced with this challenge, ADT proudly served as a partner in ideation, 3D design, consultation, and implementation of the technology experience chain for the Viettel booth.
As such, S-Nation (Smart and Sustainable Nation) was chosen as the overarching concept, with S representing Smart, Sustainable, and symbolizing Vietnam. From here, the booth was designed as a Mini stage for showcasing technology, with the highlight being the S-Nation podium and extending to various solution experience areas.
The layered architecture of concentric circles plays a central role, in line with the spirit of placing humans at the center – using “Technology from the Heart” to “Innovate for Humanity”.
From an experiential perspective, 17 products of Viettel are allocated to 05 Zones – allowing visitors to conveniently explore, exchange, and connect. Among them, ADT accompanies Viettel in deploying a series of 04 technology experiences, becoming the focal point for attracting and stimulating multi-sensory interactions.
In the reception area, users can engage in real-time conversations with the AI Digital Human named Vi An through the Holobox. Questions related to Viettel and solutions showcased in the booth are smoothly answered by the virtual ambassador Vi An in various languages, with natural expressions and actions similar to a real person.
Additionally, this space is also utilized to integrate recognition technology for storing customer information through name cards. With just a touch, customers can easily scan their name cards on a tablet. Immediately, the data is collected and sent to the server, serving the purpose of usage and long-term connection.
Continuing the activities that attracted a diverse range of participants, from technology researchers to CEOs and CTOs of multinational corporations: Interacting, exploring the extended reality (XR) content chain developed in collaboration with ADT on Viettel’s OTT television platform. Users wear VR glasses to immerse themselves in the first 360-degree TV show about Vietnam, explore the ancient town of Hoi An, and try their hand at traditional crafts through 02 VR games: “Authentic Cao Lau” and “Lantern Painting”.
In particular, the technological highlight of Viettel’s booth is the AR S-Nation Sand Table at the center, featuring representative architectural structures from the North, Central, and South regions of Vietnam, showcasing Viettel’s extensive coverage nationwide. Customers use tablets to scan the AR sand table to interact and experience simulated situations, watch videos, and view infographics accompanied by vivid 3D effects. Solutions related to network infrastructure, storage processing infrastructure, and IoT platforms are visualized, becoming more accessible to the public.
Throughout the MWC 2024 event, Viettel’s booth received numerous positive feedbacks, attracting a large number of experts and the international technology community to visit, experience, and share knowledge. Viettel’s success at MWC 2024 not only opens up opportunities for potential connections and collaborations for the corporation but also serves as a catalyst for ADT to continue researching and developing pioneering technological solutions for both the Vietnamese and international markets.
