Grasping this trend, the Hanoi Enterprise Support and Investment Promotion Center (HAPI) organized the Viet Startup INTERchange (VSIC) 2026 program. Each partner brings a different perspective to the tech development process for Vietnamese companies.

Accordingly, a topic that garnered significant attention from both international partners and the Vietnamese business delegation is the challenge of data governance and security in the AI era. Against this backdrop, the concept of “Sovereign AI” is emerging as a new standard prioritized by many nations. This concept emphasizes that artificial intelligence systems must be developed, trained, and operated on domestic infrastructure, strictly complying with legal privacy regulations and ensuring that data is not leaked outside organizations or national borders.
During the working sessions, ADT representatives shared their experiences in developing Sovereign AI technology through the TopAgent IC platform. This exchange was not for sales purposes, but rather to affirm that Vietnamese engineers and tech experts are closely keeping pace with the world’s most advanced security trends.
