The Utility District is depicted through humorous and relatable situations in everyday life revolving around the main characters – individuals who immerse viewers in amusing and poignant situations, addressing financial issues that need to be resolved… Through the stories of the Utility District, viewers see their own stories reflected, with cleverly integrated narratives of Viettel Money’s customer experiences, providing valuable lessons for the audience.

ADT also proposed the Trending – Content Hero content team with its own unique context to vividly depict the essence of the “Utility District” concept. Simultaneously, they crafted scenarios with high associative relevance, engaging viewers and distinguishing themselves from other content groups. Static scenes were maintained to ensure brand consistency.

In terms of operation, proposing direction and algorithms for the Viettel Money TikTok channel and producing a series of 200+ TikTok videos, ADT achieved results beyond imagination:
